Ideas Please!

Me and one of my good friends (a guy) are both turning 16 in Feb and we wanted to have a combined party with all our friends.

Problem is we don't have any idea where to have it or if we should have a theme and if so what it could be.

We don't know yet how many people we will ask to come either. Ideas and suggestions please!
