im turning 16 in about 2 weeks. i want to have a really fun party with all my friends. i need something really inexpensive but original. i live at the beach. i cant think of any idea that's original and inexpensive. and it cant be to kiddy i want something mature but not that i have to get dressed up. something fun. thank you so much.
