So I kind of want to have a sweet sixteen, but my mom will only let me have a smallish one, since she already bought my car, and i have a month until my birthday.

And i have no clue whatsoever to do.
if i should even do a theme, how many people is too much, such and such.

i got some music that i could use, cause i kind of wanna just do a chill type party, but i still want it to be fun.
Can you help??

other than that i have absolutely nothing.
