how early is too early?

My birthday's in November but i was wondering how early i can have my birthday?

i always wanted to celebrate itin a hot/warm weather so is it too early to have it late September?

Throw the party whenever you wish my dear!!

It doesn't matter how early you want it to be as long as you celebrate and have good times to last forever =)
