My daughter is a straight A's student in gifted classes. She always told us that no she did not want a party and preferred a cruise.

Now we come to find out most kids are competing and trying to out do each other with sweet sixteen's party.

I want to bend over backwards for my daughter but our financial situation does not provide the luxury of a $10,000 dollar party.

Do you have any ideas?
