help, im unsure!

Its coming up to my birthday, its three days before Christmas however. Because of this, it's hard to book things, and invite alot of people.

I don't want a massive party, due to at my age it's all about drinking alcohol in my area, so i don't want it ruined.

I'm definitely having a sleepover and having Chinese lanterns, but i want it more then that.

I want something extremely unusual. I don't really have a budget, but i cant go over the top and have flights in helicopters or go skiing.
