Glow Jelly

Make the jelly up as per the instructions, but instead of using tap water, use tonic water.

Then under UV light the jelly will glow in the dark!
I heard this recipe on BBC Radio One.

This is a great idea that I've never heard of. Yet... it's so brilliantly obvious! I bet this would work with:

Jello
Jelly
Ice Cubes
Popsicles
and Smoothies!
