Glow Jelly

by Guider
(East Grinstead)

Make the jelly up as per the instructions, but instead of using tap water, use tonic water.

Then under UV light the jelly will glow in the dark!
I heard this recipe on BBC Radio One.

What is the recipe for the glow in the dark jelly? I don't see it anywhere on the page.

Or are you saying that tonic water glows in the dark and you can make up any recipe calling for water; substitute it for tonic water and it will glow in the dark?

This is a great idea that I've never heard of. Yet... it's so brilliantly obvious! I bet this would work with:

Jello
Jelly
Ice Cubes
Popsicles
and Smoothies!
