When is it better to celebrate your birthday, when turning sixteen or eighteen?

What's the best theme to fit a resort and dance floor that would be not too expensive?

Uhm, I'm not in favor of beach themes because their so common here and I want my party to be unique that my classmates and I will remember forever.
