Formal party activities

I am having a formal sweet 16 and it is all girls. Our budget is to spend as little as possible.

We are serving dinner our selfs and doing it in my back yard with a nice table setting. We are giving each girl a wristlet when they first arrive and taking a formal picture of them.

But other than that we have nothing planned and are looking for ideas as far as games and activities.

There are about ten 15-16 year old girls.
