floral/bollywood sweet sixteen?:S

so i need help.
so i want to have a bollywood sweet sixteen.
im planing on floral centerpieces with candles around.
also im not sure of events/activities, i think i might have speeches. any ideas?
another thing is im going to have 16 close friends each have a candle and im going to light each candle( not on the cake separately)
im going to wear a red saree. ( i know its NOT pink8-)):)
but im not sure what colours the guest should wear.
maybe blue, black, white, pink,purple?

does this sound like a good idea?:S
