I just turned 15 a couple months ago and i wanted to know how early i should start planning my sweet 16?

I already have my location picked out, but i would really love some help with my theme, i am super girly and i love the formal party but i was always worried that it would be too boring, and i dont want to get too much stuff and have it be super expensive.

I like the theme of Mardi Gras because there's this dress that i really like that i could wear with it, but that doesnt seem like a very fun theme, so let me know if you have any really fun themes or awesome ideas!

I kind of thought having a photo booth would be fun but im still not sure, and i would have a DJ and we would dance, but is that all i would do is dance the whole time?

Also how long do you think the party should last, and what time would be a good time to start it. Would i serve dinner?
