depends on your plans. if you include dinner, maybe 5.30. if you arent providing dinner, something like 8, 8.30 where this is obvious. you wont look like a baby from when it starts, only from when it ends. don't end it before 11 at the earliest

Well dinners are popular for sweet 16 parties, as well as the cake.
So maybe around dinner time or later afternoon? You can have a late supper, do the cake and the candle ceremony then partay!
You won't look like a baby for whatever time you choose to start and stop the party =D
Ask your parents about what the appropriate party end time would be.
I was say no later than 10:30 or 11 because there are night noise laws ( Unless you plan on having a slumber party).
