any ideas????

i haven't had my party either and it's my 13th not 16th too.it is also gonna be my first boy-girl party as well! but the thing is, my mom isn't so sicked about spending so much money on this party.so any ideas on how to keep the party cheap but still the best?

I am too !! If you go to the official black light website you can get a good majority of black light stuff for real chepp. And for your face and clothes make sure you wear white. my party is in 3 days and highlighters really work. !!:) Also Neon green or yellow glows. Anything white. Put on some music and dance and have fun that's all that matters (:

Same with me, but if you just try to keep the overall costs down, like venue and invites, maybe your mum could bend a little.

You saved so much on the other things to buy.
