A sweet 16 in the winter

Hi,
I'm turning 16 this year. I hang out with my cousins a lot, so we're like best friends. Some are girls but mostly boys, 8-25 year old.

And I have a lot of cousins. My birthday is in the winter, the 22 day in December. So its cold and snowy. We don't really want to go outside.

I live on a hill. So should do something like sledding? But I want to go out and have fun, but its winter.

So have any place? Like to eat and afterwords where?
