a night under the stars

my birthday is in about 5 months and i want a sweet 16 but my mom isnt all for them and i cant spend to much money like basically none but i want a differnt but traditional part and i also want people to get really dresseed up.

i really just need to no a place i can have a party a place thats not expensive at all but i can still do traditional things but with a differnt twist on them.

i also have a theme (a night under the stars) . and my birthday is in march so if i have it at the end of march is it ok to have it at my house outside and half inside?

Hey guys! Me and my best friend are spending about 10 months planning the absolute perfect sweet sixteen surprise party for our best friend.


We are having it outside and we hope it will be the most wonderful time for her !!!!

OK well you wanna be careful about having it outside ..you cant predict weather..as for your theme im having the same one.I love it.A

ll you need is some dark balloons like midnight blue and also some white or silver..lights is whats gonna make the party so have white or blue or both lights.try to have everything those colors so the theme pops out clearly!

Make sure on the invitation you tell people to dress fancy.also to make your party look fancy you gonna wanna stay away from serving pizza,fries etc. also you can go to a dollar store and pick up plastic wine glasses to have the idea that your party really is fancy! hope your party goes well! : )
