A night in the City! (a must read)

For my sweet 16 5 of my closest friends and I went to Atlantic City (New Jersey) and stayed in a hotel for the night! It was so much fun.

First we made these cute DIY (do it yourself) fleece tie blankets. Each girl had their own, these were also their party favors (killed 2 birds with one stone lol!)

Next we got all dolled up and went out to a nice restaurant with my parents. After that we walked around at The Pier.

Once we were all done that, we went back to the hotel room and hung out for a little. It was around 9oclock pm when we decided to start the "picture perfect" scavenger hunt where we split into groups and went through the hotel and took pictures of whatever the paper said. EX. " Diamonds are a girls best friend, find the store where you can find them".

At the hotel there was a Swarovski Store and we took a picture of the sign. The team who found the most items the fastest won a prize. By the time we were finished (10pm) We all met up to get a snack and sat around to hang out and had more fun.

We all went back up to the room and decided it was time to open presents and to start the memory book. The memory book is where each guest will write something in the book about the memories we shared, and what-not.

Later I used those pages in my Sweet 16 scrapbook (: Throughout the day(s) I took plenty of pictures to fill in the book and took a group photo where each girl had it with a note in the back saying thank you.

The reason I wanted this party was because I wanted a day where I can be with the people I love the most.
