3 weeks to plan, organize and invite, without any ideas, HELP?

So I'm planning on having my 'sweet 16' in may like the last or second last week but i have no ideas!

My house isn't big enough for a big party, although my boyfriend's said we could use his house.

but i love to sing and i was thinking i could incorporate that into it somehow but i dunno.

I need ideas of a theme and what activities, or if it's like a dance or something..?
