16year old night club themed birthday

hi im zoey im having my 16 birthday and its night club themed well slashed with hollywood i gess i live in n.z and my birthday is in the middle of winter and were i live ther is no indoor swimming pools as well and it rains most of the time as well and we also dont much party stores so i really need help i might be able to rent out a smoke machine and a bubble machine as well but im just really stuck on ideas such as food decarations lights music and cool games that arnt babish coz all my friends are 14 and over so i really need help any ideas
